The Role

You will work closely with the Creative Director across several hospitality projects, from concept development to technical production and project coordination.

Your role will be to help develop, structure and follow up on the studio’s interior design output, while ensuring consistency, precision and quality across every project.

Responsibilities

Interior design & concept development

  • Produce plans across concept, schematic and detailed design phases

  • Create moodboards and visual references

  • Produce 3D views and renders

  • Design custom furniture, details and interior elements

Design consistency & studio resources

  • Build and update material, furniture and detailing libraries

  • Develop shared design principles across projects

  • Ensure aesthetic, spatial and functional consistency

  • Organize and maintain studio files, components and resources

Technical production

  • Receive, structure and prioritize creative briefs

  • Estimate workload and assess technical feasibility

  • Supervise production with autonomy

  • Manage formats, resolutions and print/web specifications

Project coordination

  • Support project follow-up meetings and client feedback notes

  • Translate client feedback into clear action points for the team

  • Prepare deliverable presentations, annotated mockups and slides

  • Manage intermediate validations with precision and autonomy

Team & workflow

  • Support junior and mid-level profiles

  • Lead first-level creative reviews

  • Coordinate with external suppliers and partners

  • Help document repeatable workflows and production processes

Profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • + 3 to 5 years of experience in interior design and furniture design

  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Rhino

  • Good command of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

  • Experience with Enscape, V-Ray or Twinmotion is a plus

  • Experience in project coordination and client-facing roles

  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time with autonomy and rigor

  • Strong sensitivity to detailed, distinctive and high-standard creative direction

  • Experience supervising or mentoring creative profiles is a plus
