The Role

You will work closely with the Creative Director and the studio team across several hospitality projects, including restaurants, cafés, hotels and lifestyle spaces.

Your role will be to support the team in the early design phases, from visual research and material sourcing to 3D modelling, client presentations and interior design development.

This internship is ideal for someone with a strong eye, a real sensitivity to spaces, materials and atmospheres, and a desire to understand how creative concepts become real hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

Creative research & concept development

• Carry out architectural, interior design and visual research

• Build moodboards and reference boards for ongoing projects

• Support the team in defining atmospheres, materials, colors and spatial intentions

• Contribute to the development of creative concepts for hospitality spaces

Materials & sourcing

• Research materials, furniture, lighting and decorative elements

• Contact suppliers and order samples when needed

• Help build and update the studio’s material and furniture libraries

• Organize references and resources for current and future projects

3D modelling & visual production

• Support the team with 3D modelling on SketchUp, Rhino or equivalent tools

• Create simple renders, spatial views and visual supports for presentations

• Help produce drawings, sketches and layout proposals

• Prepare visual elements for client presentations and internal reviews

Presentation & project support

• Help prepare client presentations, moodboards and annotated documents

• Support the team in formatting slides and visual deliverables

• Assist with updates following client feedback

• Keep project files organized, clear and easy to use

Studio culture & organization

• Take part in the daily life of a small creative studio

• Support the team with research, references and production needs

• Help structure internal resources, design references and project archives

• Contribute with curiosity, precision and a strong attention to detail

Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• Student status in interior design, architecture, scenography or spatial design

• A strong sensitivity to hospitality, interiors, materials and atmosphere

• Good skills in SketchUp, Rhino or equivalent 3D modelling tools

• Good command of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

• A good eye for layouts, references, materials and visual storytelling

• Curiosity, autonomy, rigor and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment

• A genuine interest in restaurants, cafés, hotels and lifestyle destinations

• Previous experience in a studio or agency is a plus, but not mandatory
