Raw energy, stainless steel surfaces and acid tones, neon accents and graphic flames cutting through the space, with direct references to Bangkok’s street culture.
Street Bangkok Étienne Marcel marks the next chapter of the Street Bangkok concept.
Located in the heart of Paris, the space is conceived as an immersive street scene, where everything is built around intensity, speed and movement. From quick solo meals at the counter to high-energy group dinners, the experience adapts to the rhythm of the city.
The layout is structured around an open kitchen at its core, making the cooking process fully visible and central to the space. Stainless steel extends from the kitchen to the walls, resin floors evoke asphalt, and ceramic tiles reference traditional Thai canteens.
Beyond aesthetics, every element is designed to support operations. Circulation is fluid, service is optimized, and custom furniture integrates seamlessly into the architecture. Identity, materials and layout are conceived as one system, shaping a space that is both efficient and highly expressive.
